By downloading, installing or using the Ödexi mobile application (the "App"), you are deemed to have accepted these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). Please read this document carefully before using the App. If you do not accept the Terms, do not use the App.

For versions downloaded via the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula

1. Description of Service

Ödexi is a mobile application that allows users to manually track recurring payments such as monthly bills, subscriptions and installments and receive reminders. Ödexi:

  • is NOT a bank, financial institution or payment intermediary
  • DOES NOT make payments on the user's behalf
  • does not connect to bank accounts and does not request card information
  • only manages and reminds about information manually entered by the user

2. User Registration

You must create an account to use the App. You are personally responsible for the accuracy and confidentiality of the email and password you provide during registration. If you suspect a security breach of your account, contact us immediately: [email protected]

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the payment information you enter into the system
  • You must grant the necessary permissions in your device settings to receive notifications
  • You undertake not to use the App in a manner contrary to law or harmful to third parties
  • You declare that you are over 13 years of age

4. Free Tier Limitation

Ödexi is offered free of charge with its core features. The free tier allows you to add up to 5 (five) payment items. A Premium subscription is required to add more.

5. Premium Subscription

Premium features are offered through the following plans:

  • Monthly Premium: ₺49,99 / month (~$1.50, auto-renewing)
  • Yearly Premium: ₺399,99 / year (~$11.99, auto-renewing, includes 3-day free trial)
  • Lifetime Premium: ₺999,99 (~$29.99, one-time purchase, no renewal)

Payment and Renewal

  • Payments are charged through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account
  • Monthly/yearly subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal
  • The renewal amount is charged within 24 hours before the current period ends

Cancellation

  • To cancel: Apple ID Settings > Subscriptions, or Google Play Account Settings > Subscriptions
  • The App also provides a Settings > Premium > Manage Subscription shortcut
  • Cancellation stops the renewal cycle; Premium features remain available until the end of the current period

Free Trial

  • The yearly subscription includes a 3-day free trial
  • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the full price will be charged
  • A user can benefit from the free trial only once for the yearly subscription

Refunds

  • Refund requests are handled under the refund policies of Apple App Store and Google Play Store
  • Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google

6. Intellectual Property

The App's source code, design, logos, text and all content belong to Ali Rıza Yüksektepe and are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, distribution, reverse engineering or creating derivative works is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ödexi is provided "as is". We do not accept liability in the following cases:

  • Late-payment penalties caused by notifications not being delivered for technical reasons (internet outages, OS restrictions, notification permissions disabled)
  • Damages caused by incorrect data entry by the user
  • Loss of use caused by outages of third-party service providers (Supabase, Apple, Google)
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, cyber attacks etc.)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ödexi's total liability is limited to the amount you have paid to Ödexi in the past 12 months.

8. Termination of Service

Ödexi reserves the right to suspend or close accounts of users who violate the Terms at any time and without cause. You may delete your account at any time from within the App (delete-account.html).

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction over disputes. Your right to apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees / Courts for consumer disputes is reserved.

10. Apple EULA Compliance (App Store Users)

For versions downloaded via the App Store, the following additional terms apply:

  • Apple is NOT a party to this App and is NOT responsible for the App
  • Apple's Standard EULA applies in addition to these Terms
  • Apple has no maintenance, support or warranty obligations
  • We (Ali Rıza Yüksektepe) are exclusively responsible for any third-party claims
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them

11. Changes

These Terms may change. Material changes will be announced via in-app notifications or the website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the changes.
